Josh Madden Productions will only gather your personal data (name, address, phone number, credit/debit card information) with your permission; and we only use that data to contact you and register you for events that we produce. We do not sell your personal data to any 3rd parties. Your data is stored on our secure servers and is encrypted for your protection. At any time, you may request that we delete your data from our records.
AI Policy
Josh Madden Productions uses AI for some marketing campaigns and image creation. We do not use AI for customer support or automated responses to telephone calls, emails, or text messages. We will never contact you via telephone, email, or text using AI to collect any data.

Refund Policy
Josh Madden Productions may issue refunds for individual ticket sales upon request. JMP does not offer refunds for season memberships or sponsorships. JMP does not offer refunds on merchandise or concessions offered on our website or at any of our events throughout the season.
